We understand that sometimes you need an approachable HR expert, that understands your organisation. For an affordable monthly fee (variable by employee headcount) you are guaranteed the retained services of a dedicated Accordia HR Consultant. They are available to call or email when you have an HR problem or need some personnel advice.

In addition, and only available with the retained service, you’ll receive:

Priority Service

=

Prompt provision of invaluable help and advice covering a range of common HR issues listed in the portfolio of our Virtual HR function.

=

A personalised quarterly HR Bulletin, with the latest changes in Employment Law, HR tips and advice, sent directly to your chosen email address.

=

Pay As You Go

This service allows you to contact us only ‘as and when’ you require help with a  specific issue or project such as Apprenticeships, disciplinary resolution or management training. Under this arrangement we offer a fully flexible ad hoc service that is billed monthly in arrears.

We appreciate that this option may prove more expensive if used regularly, however it also has no regular monthly commitment and you pay only for services used.

Standard Charges

Our service is chargeable by the hour, monthly and in arrears. Our monthly invoice provides a detailed breakdown of all charges made.
The billable time is charged for:

=

Phone Calls

=

Preparation or purchase of documents

=

Emails or attendance of meetings (in person or via multi-media)

In addition, any site travel will be charged at the hourly rate including mileage. Please contact us for full details of charge rates.
